Policy:

Kindly arrive 10 minutes early to secure your seat before the class begins. Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their spot, as tardiness disrupts the class and poses safety risks due to the hot wax.

Non-Refundable Ticket.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge liability for any physical damage to yourself or the space. Prioritize safety, especially as hot wax is involved.

For group bookings of 10 or more participants, a 20% service fee will be applied to the total booking cost. This fee covers additional preparation, materials, staffing, and coordination required for larger groups.
