Yoga & Candle Making

A shared evening of movement + making 🕯️

We’ll gather around the table for communal candle making, then soften into a gentle yoga practice, followed by breathwork and meditation.

An unhurried space to be together — without fixing, performing, or rushing. Just warmth, presence, and good company.

All levels welcome. Come as you are.
